Other details

Situated along a picturesque highway that stretches alongside Cayuga Lake, this house offers a magnificent lake view and a range of amenities, which we hope compensates for any traffic noise. Moreover, it's a small trade-off considering the convenient proximity to the marina, village, and numerous attractions accessible via Route 90. Given our close proximity to the lake, it's common to encounter gnats and other bugs, especially during the summer months. Although we make diligent efforts to control these pests (including professional pest control), it can be challenging due to the local climate. We have implemented bug-repellent plants and other measures to minimize their presence, but we recommend guests bring bug spray as a precautionary measure. This residence is safeguarded by an alarm system with sensors on all ground-level windows and doors. For added security, three outdoor cameras are in place—one at the front door, another overlooking the driveway and garage, and the third monitoring the driveway accessible from the back deck, audio is recorded. During the off-season (Nov-May), the AC units are not available as they are removed. However, fans are provided in all bedrooms and the living room for year-round comfort. SoLetsGoFLX
